  • Office / Call Center (PST):

    7AM-8AM: $35/artist

    6AM-7AM: $45/artist

  • Beauty Studio Inc is open and available for client services 365 days a year, however, we do have the following hours / charges for observed holidays. For holiday dates, services need to be prepaid in full 24 hours prior to service date/time. Parking fees will be due upon completion of services (and paid directly to your artist)

  • We make booking easy and secure via our website. Click "Book Online" to view our service menu and book an appointment securely via our website

    To select your services and schedule your date, click "Add to Cart"

    We take a $50 deposit down, which is applied towards your services

    Remaining Balances are due upon completion of services directly with your artist (unless otherwise specified for larger groups / balances / special event dates)

    There is only (1) $50 deposit due per booking, whether you're booking services just for yourself or a group

  • At Beauty Studio Inc, we have a large team of professional artists. We encourage you to make your reservation online - as most date/time slots can be accommodated. However, in the event that your date/time is not available - you will be contacted by an agent with available time slots for your date.

    Please note, we cannot guarantee availability for services scheduled within 24 hours. For urgent reservations, please contact us

  • You can book an appointment securely online (up to 24 hours prior to your date/time).

  • For Clients Staying at Hotels:

    Upon check in to your hotel, please email us at: contact@beautystudioinc.com with your hotel room information (and specific tower/elevator if applicable). If we have any questions, we will contact you via phone or email

    Prior to your scheduled appointment, please have your cell phone close to you. We will provide your cell phone number to your artist (s) that will be arriving for your appointment. Sometimes the artist (s) may need to contact you prior to your appointment, to meet them downstairs or at the selected elevator (if they are having trouble accessing your hotel room)

    For Clients Staying at a Private Estate (with an address):

    Please email us at contact@beautystudioinc.com if there is a gate code needed or you need to provide specific instructions with accessing your location/address

    Prior to your scheduled appointment, please have your cell phone close to you. We will provide your cell phone number to your artist (s) that will be arriving for your appointment. Sometimes the artist (s) may need to contact you prior to your appointment if they are having trouble accessing your location/address

  • Upon booking, we take a $50 deposit to secure your date/time and team of artists

    This $50 deposit is applied towards your services

    Remaining service balances do not include hotel parking fees (if applicable) or artist gratuity

    Artist gratuity is a client preference and may be paid directly to the artist upon service completion. Standard gratuity is 18-20% for services

    Dates not pertaining to special events: Remaining balances are paid upon completion of services directly with your artist

    Card on File (at least 24 hours prior to your service date): Please email contact@beautstudioinc.com to request your card on file to be charged your service balance. Please note: 5% processing fee applies

    Payment by Invoice (at least 24 hours prior to your service date): Please email contact@beautystudioinc.com to request an invoice for your service balance. Please note: 5% processing fee applies

    Payment by Card (with your artist): You can provide a card payment to your artist in person upon completion of services. Please note: 5% processing fee applies

    Cash (with your artist): You can provide cash to your artist in person upon completion of services

    Payment by Venmo (at least 24 hours prior to your service date): To avoid service processing fees, you may also Venmo your payment. **Please note: in order for processing fees to be waived, you must select the "friends / family" option". Our Venmo name is @beautystudioinc (last 4 digits: 1940). Prior to sending payment, please make sure to list the full name "@beautystudioinc" and confirm the last 4 (1940) linked to our account- as there may be another Beauty Studio registered for Venmo. We cannot be liable in the event that payment is sent to the wrong account.

    Special event dates / large groups / service balances over threshold amounts:

    For dates/groups that meet this category, an invoice link will be sent to your email. You may pay the invoice by using the link or by sending Venmo to @beautystudioinc (last 4 1940) and select "Friends / Family"

    Terms:

    Special Event Dates: Remaining Service Balances are due 48 hours prior to service date. An email will be automatically sent to you with an invoice link to be paid securely and directly online.

    Large Groups / Service Balances Over Threshold Amounts:

    For larger bridal parties / services or prime dates, our office staff may reach out to you to collect payment prior to your service date. For groups that meet this category, full payment will be due 1 week prior to your service date.

  • Service rates do not include artist gratuity. Standard service gratuity is 18-20% , however, you may choose your own gratuity amount (as gratuity is a client preference).

  • Please note: the Beauty Studio team travels for free within 15 miles of the city center. However, many hotels / venues charge parking fees - and are subject to change to even higher rates during events. As these parking fees are outside of our company's control, artist(s) and/or photographer parking fees may be applied upon completion of services (in the event that your hotel / venue charges parking fees during the appointment).

    Clients are encouraged to attempt to get artist(s) and/or photographer parking fees validated by contacting the hotel/venue upon our team's arrival and/or during the appointment time. In the event that parking fees cannot be validated - the artist will charge the proper parking fee upon checkout.

  • We travel for free (within 15 miles from the city center)

    Travel Fees (outside 15 miles)

    16-20 Miles: $25/artist

    21-30 Miles : $50/artist

    31-45 Miles : $75/artist

    45+ Miles (each way): $50/hr (per artist)

  • We offer standard group discounts for 3+ (see our service rates here). For larger events / parties, please email us at contact@beautystudioinc.com to see if your date/time/group size would qualify for additional perks and discounts :)

BEAUTY SERVICES FAQ

  • Master Artists: are professional artists that provide more soft/natural that enhance your natural beauty

    Elite Artists: are trained in advanced hair / skin prep to create long lasting "Pinterest Inspired Looks"

    VIP Artists: The crème de la crème of all artist levels, these artists are top trained in their field (and are experienced with high profile clients, including: celebrities, brides and corporate/production

  • For an individual hair/makeup appointments:

    Hair & Makeup: 1-2 hours

    Hair Service Only: 1 - 1.5 hour

    Makeup Service Only: 1 - 1.5 hour

    For group appointments:

    Services for a group of 2 will be approx 1.5 - 2 hours

    Services for a group of 3 or more will be approx 2.5 - 3 hours

  • Hair Services: You can choose any hair style for your appointment. However, there may be a fee when combining blowouts with hot tool styling. Please take a look at these instructions on hair services:

    Blowout: This style is a round brush blowout with volume and does not include hot tool styling. Please have hair washed and damp upon artist arrival

    Down Style (curled or flat iron), Formal Style or Braided Styles: These styles use hot tools (such as flat irons, curling/wand irons, etc). These styles are performed on "dry" hair. Please have hair completely dry prior to the start of services. We recommend to wash the hair the night before (as the natural oils in the hair help to hold the style better/longer

    Blowout with Hot Tool Style: If you would like to add a Blowout to any hot tool style (Down, Formal or Braided): The upgrade price is $25/person. This also can extend your appointment 20-30 minutes, so we recommend notifying us prior to your reservation date

    Please notify your artist of any allergies / health concerns prior to starting any service

  • Makeup Services:

    For all makeup services: Please have face (s) clean and ready for makeup applications. You may use your own moisturizer or the artist can provide on

  • Group Reservations:

    Please have all party members in the same location prior to the service start time, unless you have made prior arrangements with us. This insures that services will be completed within the time frame reserved for your group

    Payment:

    Please note: we are only able to accept (1) payment method for group reservations (unless cash payments are provided)

    Cancellations / Modifications:

    We require 1 weeks notice for cancellations / modifications for group reservations (due to blocking multiple artists/service hours. Cancellations or modifications must be notified by email (contact@beautystudioinc.com) or text (702-907-4921)

  • Your health is our top priority. For any allergies/health concerns:

  • Sure- we encourage trials! :)

    If you decide not to do a trial (due to time restraints and/or budget), all of our artists are trained to provide top level services without the need for a trial. Each service includes a consultation with the artist prior to starting services. The artist will also talk with you throughout the appointment - just to make sure you're 100% happy with your final look.

    If you email us photos of your hair/makeup inspiration prior, we can also assure to pair you with the proper artist to duplicate that look :)

    For elite and VIP appointments, artist galleries can be requested 1 week prior to your service date

    Trial discounts are provided (Thurs-Sun) for Elite & VIP appointments

  • All Beauty Studio Inc stylists and makeup artists use only professional, luxury-grade products. Each artist's kits are thoroughly inspected during the interview process, as well as throughout their contracted time with us - to ensure they meet our quality service standards.

    If you have a brand request or specific allergy, please notify our booking agents of this upon scheduling of your appointment.

  • All professional artists are subject to State Board of Cosmetology sanitation and safety guidelines for all services

    Makeup: All makeup brushes are cleaned and sanitized in between each client. In the event of time restraints on sanitizing in between clients, new brushes will be used

    Makeup: Disposable mascara wands and disposable lip wands are used for said products. For eye shadow, blush, eyeliner and some lip services, sanitized brushes are used to apply said products.

    Hair Styling: All brushes, combs are cleaned and sanitized in between clients. In the event of time restrains on sanitizing in between clients, new brushes and combs will be used

  • Of course! When you book your next appointment you will have the option of re-booking a previous hairstylist or makeup artist.

    If for some reason the stylist/artist is not available for the appointment time you would like to book, please remember that all our beauty professionals are talented and awesome - and we will assure you're paired with an artist that is comparable :)

POLICIES

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please email us at contact@beautystudioinc.com or text 702-907-4921. We cannot honor cancellations made by phone call.

    Individual services cancelled less than 24 hours prior to service date/time will be owed in full. Group services cancelled less than 1 week prior to service date/time will be owed in full. This is due to the agency blocking multiple artists/service hours for group reservations (and not having enough lead time to replace cancelled services with new reservations).

    Your $50 deposit is non refundable, however, may be transferrable (as long as services are cancelled / modified within our cancellation window).

    In the event of a modification/cancellation outside of our cancellation window, will result in a full charge (per service cancellation) and will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Reservations prior to 8AM or after 8PM: A Before/After Hours Fee is applied to each reservation and includes extended service hours for your reservation. This fee is calculated by early/late service start times. The exact Before/Hours Fee will be confirmed via email after your reservation is complete.

    Please note: Before / after hours appointments will be invoiced 24 hours prior to the service date and must be paid in full

  • Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds for services after our artist(s) leave your location.

    Prior to our artist's departure, each client is asked if services were provided to the client's expectation / standards. Our artists will provide any tweaks / fixes to any service at any time - and we want each client to be 100% satisfied upon completion of each service.

    Due to our artists not being able to control client actions after their departure, we are unable to offer a service credit or refund. Each artist is trained to provide long lasting hair styling and makeup services for the day. However, client actions or environmental changes may compromise longevity / quality of service.

    It is up to the client to communicate with their artist throughout their appointment if they would like any changes / fixes to their service. If you feel as though the artist provided to you is not a great fit, please send an urgent email to us at contact@beautystudioinc.com (so our booking agents can provide a different artist to you).

  • We understand that situations can occur that can compromise your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please email us at contact@beautystudioinc.com or call 725-735-5046 so we can contact your hairstylist or makeup artist asap.

    Late Fee Policy:

    We allow a 15 minute grace window for your start time. After 15 minutes, the following late fees are accessed:

    Master Artist: $30 (per artist, per 15 minute window)

    Elite Artist: $60 (per artist, per 15 minute window)

    VIP Artist: $120 (per artist, per 15 minute window)

    The reason we need to charge for late start times are because our artists are pre-booked for a certain time window for your services.

    In the event of late start times on busy days, our artists will try everything in their power to complete the services in the time window they have left. However, services may be compromised / cancelled if the time left doesn't allow enough time for service completion (due to the artists having other clients scheduled to start after your services). The prescheduled services will still be owed in full.

    Please note: If you are more than 30 minutes late or aren't in communication with our booking staff or artists - we charge the full amount for your appointment as a no-show fee.
